*The Retreat is limited to 18 people. The rooms are assigned on a first come first serve basis.
**All Cottages (except Creekside) have washrooms in the respective cottage, all others are shared washrooms in the lodge or washroom/shower / laundry building.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations will result in the loss of the non-refundable $200 deposit.
- Any cancellation made after August 16, 2022 to September 30, 2022 will result in a loss of 50% of the retreat cost.
- No refunds will be given within 30 days of the event unless the event is postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, or you must unregister due to COVID related illness.
- No shows will forfeit 100% of total retreat fees.
- We reserve the right to cancel the trip (your deposit and other payments are refunded in full).
- Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.
