Rose-marie Fernandez has touched many lives across the globe and has changed these for the better. As a seasoned HR Leader and Professional Coach, she has created positive impact and growth in corporations and individuals that came under her purview.

From heading the HR division of several national and multinational corporations to teaching and counseling MBA students at well-known universities, and her current role as an accomplished Coach/Facilitator/Speaker engaged in diverse environments across 12 countries; Rose-marie has fulfilled numerous roles successfully. Her milestones have been many, but her fierce energy has never allowed her to cease to look back. As she moves forward entering newer domains, mastering and sharing these with those who are fortunate to cross her path; her ultimate goal in life has been to transform people’s lives so that the best version of themselves is created.

Her educational qualifications includes a Master’s degree in International Relations and numerous certifications, that are noteworthy:

– The Life Skills Coach, Professional Certified Coach (ICF)
– Race, Culture & Empowerment, “Leading and Coaching Across Cultures”- “Cultural Orientation Framework
– Group & Team Coaching – Business Administration – Human Resources Development
– Human Resources Leader (HRPA till 2015)

In addition to the above, her tool box comprises Assessment tools, the Energy Leadership Index™ – Certified Associate Emergenetics, Cultural Orientation Framework (COF) that fosters Individual, team and group development. She also possesses experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion working in diverse cultures across the globe.
Her current role as Principal at Coaching Worx is a leader in executive and client-based coaching focused on elevating careers and leadership practices through innovative programming, so that in living as the best version of themselves individuals contribute extensively to their community and organizations.
Ever broadening her horizons; she continues to create newer programs that are the need for upward progression for her clients in these trying times. Her newest venture iThrive2022 is a “Life My Way Program” that dives into life’s deepest desires and its fulfillment.
