The Feminine Future is designed by Martina Parusel. Her 35 years of deep spiritual work, having served a large international clientele, and her balanced approach of the inner feminine and inner masculine, have inspired this new program. The program offers “Exercises in Consciousness” to explore your inner energies as well as daily meditations and movements such as yoga and dance.
The Feminine Future weekend is designed to experience the inner feminine qualities, how you have implemented them into your life and how you might want to bring a more updated version of yourself into this world.
You will relish in the calmness of your inner space, the connectedness with your surroundings, the privilege to hold witness to nature at its finest. The Venue
Xenia is a 38-acre sanctuary located in the heart of Bowen Island, BC, one hour from downtown Vancouver and 90 minutes from the international airport. It is surrounded by hundreds of acres of protected government forests and lakes. It is a place of safety and beauty and a place to heal, rest, play and discover one’s true nature and inherent gifts.
Our Feminine Future gatherings will take place in nature and inside a communal yurt!
You will be free to wander Xenia which includes nearby paths to the ocean, forest bathing and serenity amongst the majestic trees and sounds of nature. Xenia offers a natural setting of forests, ocean and wildlife, with amazing things unique to Xenia:
The 11 Circuit Labyrinth
The Labyrinth is an Archetype, a divine imprint found in spiritual traditions in various forms around the world. By walking the labyrinth we are discovering a long forgotten mystical tradition which becomes a metaphor for our own spiritual journey. It is a mandala that meets our longing for a change of heart; for a change of ways in how we live together and for the energy, the vision, and the courage to become agents of transformation.
Opa, the Ancient Tree
Opa is a 1000 year old Douglas Fir and one of 2 old growth trees left on Bowen Island.
Meditation Sanctuary & More!
Meditate in solitude in the Sanctuary, or enjoy the onsite sauna – bring your bathing suit! Or frolic with the various assortment of animals including horses, dogs, cats as well as a range of wild animals and birds on the island.
The Accommodations
Xenia offers a range of rustic, comfortable rooms, cabins and yurts!
The Food
In alignment with our theme of the feminine which holds mother earth near and dear, all food served will be vegetarian. All meals will be made on site, fresh, wholesome and delicious. The food is prepared by a Bowen Island chef and there will be wheat & gluten free options.
We will commune together knowing we are eating well and will feel nourished and content.

- Choose your room type, then place your non-refundable deposit of $200
- Early Bird bookings until Aug 31/22 and must be paid in full by August 31, 2022
- For others, 50% of your balance is due August 31, 2022 and the balance is due in full by October 1, 2022.
